This year our Kol Shalom family will  to be walking with the  Jewish Federation of Portland , along with other congregations, community groups, etc as a unified Portland Jewish Pride.

Wear your colorful clothes, funky hats,  and smiles. Bring your whole family (even the 4 legged ones as long they are on leashes). It will be a festive fun morning full of love and laughter.  What a beautiful way to celebrate Chai.  (Chai day is the next day.) 

Plan ahead and take trimet.  And do not worry you will still have time to celebrate with dad on his special day, the parade ends at 1.
